About Me:

B. 2002 in Baku, Azerbaijan. Currently based in London, UK. I work primarily with oil painting, while also experimenting with materials like metal, wood, and textiles. My practice is heavily influenced by Azerbaijani rug ornaments, where I use pattern, texture, and colour as a way to express emotion. I see painting as both a form of storytelling and a way of processing feelings. Through material exploration and intuitive mark-making, I create work that aims to feel personal and emotionally resonant
